If you are planning to arrive to our region and your flight is cancelled you WILL receive a full refund regardless of how much advance notice you give.
You can cancel your reservation at any time. However, to get a full refund, please make sure you cancel at least 5 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup time. If you cancel less than 5 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup time, you will NOT receive a refund.
If you make a reservation on the same day as your reservation, and the time you made the reservation is less than 5 hours from the time the reservation is to occur, and you cancel, you will NOT receive a refund.
All other scenarios are handled on a case by case basis.
While our dispatcher will track your flight, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify Discreet Limos if they change flights or make other adjustments to their plans. Please call and notify us of any changes. You will be charged a no-show fee (full fare included) if you fail to notify Discreet Limos of a flight change.
A 30 Minute grace period is given to trips that do not originate from an airport, after that wait time of $1 per minute will be added to reservation.
