Do you provide tours of Washington D.C / Baltimore?
How long will you wait for me at the airport?
We give our clients a 45-minute grace period for domestic flights and 75 minutes for international arrivals. Please note that the grace period starts once your flight lands, not at your scheduled pickup time. Clients are billed $15 per 15 minutes.
Any additional fees?
No we do not charge extra fees such as fuel surcharges, tolls, early morning / late night fees, etc. The price you see is what you pay. Additional fees are only charged if you yourself delay your scheduled time. There are no fees in case of flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation at any time. However, to get a full refund, please make sure you cancel at least 5 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup time. While our dispatcher will track your flight, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify Discreet Limos if they change flights or make other adjustments to their plans. Please call and notify us of any changes. You will be charged a no-show fee (full fare included) if you fail to notify us of a flight change.
Where should I meet my driver at the airport?
It depends on which airport you will be arriving at. At Reagan National Airport (DCA), your chauffeur will be parked nearby. Once you are ready, please give us a call and your chauffeur will meet you on the arrivals level. Please remember to specify which door number you are by. For domestic flights at Dulles International Airport (IAD), your chauffeur will be waiting for you in front of the baggage claim. For international flights, your driver will be waiting in front of International Arrivals.
What if my flight is delayed?
Since we track all of our clients’ flights, we are aware of flight delays. However, please notify us ASAP if you change your flight. If you fail to do that, you will be charged for your trip because without direct intimation from you, there is no way for us to know that you will not be showing up.
