What is your cancellation policy?

If you are planning to arrive to our region and your flight is cancelled you WILL receive a full refund regardless of how much advance notice you give.

You can cancel your reservation at any time. However, to get a full refund, please make sure you cancel at least 5 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup time. If you cancel less than 5 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup time, you will NOT receive a refund.

If you make a reservation on the same day as your reservation, and the time you made the reservation is less than 5 hours from the time the reservation is to occur, and you cancel, you will NOT receive a refund.

All other scenarios are handled on a case by case basis.

While our dispatcher will track your flight, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify Discreet Limos if they change flights or make other adjustments to their plans. Please call and notify us of any changes. You will be charged a no-show fee (full fare included) if you fail to notify Discreet Limos of a flight change.

A 30 Minute grace period is given to trips that do not originate from an airport, after that wait time of $1 per minute will be added to reservation.

What if my flight is delayed?

Since we track all our clients’ flights, we are aware of flight delays. However, please notify us ASAP if you change your flight. If you fail to do that, you will be charged for your trip because without direct intimation from you, there is no way for us to know that you will not be showing up.

Do you provide tours of Washington D.C / Baltimore?

Yes, we do. We provide personalized guided tours for individuals as well as groups based on your likes and preferences. Please contact us with your interests and specific locations that you would like to see and we’ll get back to you with a fully-planned itinerary, travel options, costs, and personalized recommendations.

How long will you wait for me at the airport?

We give our clients a 45-minute grace period for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international arrivals. The grace period starts once your flight lands, not at your scheduled pickup time. Clients are billed $15 per 15 minutes.

Any additional fees?

No. We are one of the few transportation companies in the Washington DC Metro area that does not charge extra fees such as fuel surcharges, tolls, early morning / late night fees, etc. The price you see is what you pay. Additional fees are only charged if you yourself delay your scheduled time. There are no fees in case of flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control.

Where should I meet my driver at the airport?

It depends which airport you will be arriving at. At Reagan National Airport (DCA), your chauffeur will be parked nearby. Once you are ready, please give us a call and your chauffeur will meet you on the arrivals level. Please remember to specify which door number you are close to. For domestic/international flights at Dulles International Airport (IAD), your chauffeur will be parked nearby, please call once you are ready. If you need additional assistance within the terminal please specify in the notes when making your reservation.
